IMPACT OF DIGITAL MAILING: A 360% INCREASE IN VISITS AND A 29% INCREASE IN TIME SPENT IN STORES

We analysed more than 400 shops spread across the whole country, selected at random. In our study, we excluded users outside the catchment areas. 48% of the shops studied saw an increase in visitor numbers in the same week, whilst 21% saw an increase in the following week. On average, the shops that saw an increase recorded a 390% rise during the week of the digital leafleting campaign (a fourfold increase). During the week of the digital mailshot, the 3,442 recorded visits spent an average of 22 minutes in the shop, whilst the previous week, with 2,126 visits, the average was 17 minutes. This represents a 29% increase in time spent in-store.
